Policy status
These are proposed fulfillment terms for merchant review during this private collection preview. Orders and payments are not accepted through this preview. For an order request, availability, shipping charges, taxes, and delivery estimates must be confirmed by our team before any purchase.
Delivery area
Our proposed service area is the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, DC. Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, APO/FPO addresses, and international destinations are not included in this first delivery proposal. Contact us before requesting delivery to a PO box.
Proposed shipping charges
The proposed standard shipping rate is $6.95 per order, with free standard shipping on merchandise subtotals of $75 or more after discounts and before tax. These draft rates must be confirmed before the store accepts paid orders. We will not add an undisclosed charge after acceptance.
Processing and transit
The proposed handling period is 1–3 business days after payment and order acceptance, followed by an estimated 3–7 business days in transit. The estimated total is 4–10 business days. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Tracking and split shipments
When an order is dispatched, available tracking details will be provided by email. Multiple items may travel in separate parcels. Any applicable charges must be disclosed before purchase; an order confirmation does not mean an item has shipped.
Address changes, delays, and damage
Contact support promptly about an incorrect address or a delayed, missing, or damaged parcel. Keep the packaging and relevant photos when practical. We will investigate and explain available remedies. If an accepted order cannot meet the stated shipping time, we will contact the customer with a revised estimate and applicable cancellation or refund options.
